About the Job
Part-Time - Business Analyst / Accounting Admin Assistant (25+ hours per week, Could go up to 40 hours per week)
- Responsible for PO requisitions using ARIBA and SAP
- Preferred to have either/both Ariba and SAP experience and/or knowledge
- This person does not need to have Ariba experience, but needs to have some business experience and have worked in the Microsoft office suite, and other software preferably.
- Must be able to learn Ariba.
- 25 hours/week, but this person may be able to work more hours if the work is there and they would like (up to 40 hours/week)
- *It is slow going in the beginning, since they need to take Ariba training (approx. 2 to 3 hours) and once the training is over, they are granted Ariba access, which could take 3 to 5 days to get access.
- The first week could be less hours, but after that they would have at least 25 hours/week.
- Once training is complete and the person is on solid ground, this job has flexibility as far as hours, remote, hybrid, even evening hours is that is needed.
