About the Job
The Assistant to the CEO will provide vital support to the Chief Executive Officer, assisting in the preparation of reports and applications, managing documents and communications and other tasks necessary to the efficient functioning within the nonprofit organization focused on affordable housing development.
Key Responsibilities:
- Documentation Assistance: Assist in preparing, reviewing, and managing documents.
- Financial Oversight: Support budgeting, financial reporting, and basic calculations to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Presentation Development: Prepare presentations and materials for internal and external meetings.
- Research: Conduct research on housing trends, policies, and relevant topics to inform strategic planning.

Required Experience:
- Associate’s degree in business administration, Public Administration, or a related field preferred
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
