Qualifications:

• Experience: 1+ year working with seniors preferred
• Certifications: CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide (Preferred, not required)
• Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle with Auto Insurance
• Must Pass a Drug Test and Background Check

Key Responsibilities:

• Dementia Care: Provide compassionate and practical support
• Personal Care (ADLs): Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and more
• Companionship & Engagement: Spend quality time with clients, such as playing games, enjoying music, or having conversations
• Light Housekeeping: Ensure a clean and safe living environment
• Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious, simple meals
• Transportation Assistance: Help clients get to appointments or outings
• Additional Tasks as Needed
