Qualifications:
- Experience: 1+ year working with seniors preferred
- Certifications: CNA, Home Health Aide, or Personal Care Aide (Preferred, not required)
- Valid Driver's License & Reliable Vehicle with Auto Insurance
- Must Pass a Drug Test and Background Check
Key Responsibilities:
- Dementia Care: Provide compassionate and practical support
- Personal Care (ADLs): Assist with bathing, dressing, grooming, and more
- Companionship & Engagement: Spend quality time with clients, such as playing games, enjoying music, or having conversations
- Light Housekeeping: Ensure a clean and safe living environment
- Meal Preparation: Prepare nutritious, simple meals
- Transportation Assistance: Help clients get to appointments or outings
- Additional Tasks as Needed
