Part-Time Cleaner (Direct Hire) at Nesco Resource, LLC

Nesco Resource is sourcing a reliable and experienced Cleaner for a new client specializing in commercial kitchen cleaning. This is a direct-hire, part-time position ideal for an organized, safety-focused individual with experience in commercial cleaning and maintenance.

Shift: Monday - Friday, 7:00 PM start time until completion (typically no later than 3:00 AM). This is an on-call, part-time position.

Pay Rate: $19.50/hour during training, increasing to $20.00/hour post-training

Responsibilities:

• Adhere to a provided weekly schedule, arriving punctually for each shift and completing cleaning tasks within designated hours.
• Ensure compliance with client and franchise standards and safety policies, reporting on task completion and any issues.
• Demonstrate competence in operating and maintaining the Multi-Function Unit (MFU) and address any required repairs or adjustments.
• Use safety equipment provided and follow best practices to ensure a safe and clean work environment.
• Keep accurate service records for each customer, logging cleaning activities and any observed issues.
• Report potential safety issues to kitchen staff, management, and your supervisor promptly.
• Deliver friendly, high-quality customer service, building positive rapport with clients and maintaining a professional demeanor.

Skills & Requirements:

• Capable of lifting up to 75 pounds.
• Self-motivated with the ability to complete tasks without constant supervision.
• Valid license with a clean driving history.
• Strong ability to interact with team members, clients, and supervisors effectively.
• Highly organized with an emphasis on safety and cleanliness.
