Part-Time Cook - Manteno - Family Guidance Centers, Inc

Essential Duties: 

• Prepares food to be served using established production procedures and systems

• Serves or ensures proper serving of food for tray line or dining room

• Consults production sheets for thawing and doing advance preparation when possible

• Assists Lead Cook with the development and standardization of recipes

• Assists Lead Cook with planning cooking schedule to have food prepared on time

Schedule: Monday - Friday  with weekend rotation (30 hours per week)

Start Date: ASAP

Work Location: 333 W. Evergreen St., Manteno, IL 60950

Pay Rate: Up to $16.50 per hour; based on experience

Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma / GED required; At least two years of institutional and/or commercial food service experience preferred

Certificates, Licenses, Registrations: Valid Food Service Sanitation Certification.
