Salary Range: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour

Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Provide exceptional service by assisting customers with inquiries, ensuring their needs are understood and met effectively.
Problem Resolution: Address and resolve customer concerns promptly, ensuring a positive experience and maintaining a high level of satisfaction.
Information Management: Accurately document customer interactions and update account information as required, maintaining data integrity.
Product Knowledge: Maintain a thorough understanding of JM Allstate Agency's products and services to offer knowledgeable support to customers.
Feedback Collection: Gather and relay customer feedback to management, contributing to the continuous improvement of customer experience.
Collaboration: Work closely with team members and other departments to cultivate a supportive and cooperative work environment.
Requirements
Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
Experience: Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are a must.
Professionalism: Maintain a positive and polite demeanor in all customer interactions.
Problem-solving: Demonstrated ability to address customer issues effectively.
Reliability: Must be dependable and punctual, ensuring consistency of service.
Adaptability: Ability to work under pressure and remain flexible.
Software Familiarity: Basic proficiency in office software such as Microsoft Office.
Property & Casualty insurance license is required in order to start - paid training for the class is offered
Strong work ethic and leadership skills.
Be capable of handling customer rejection.
Must be able to pass the required NYS background check including financial services background check.
