Part-Time Customer Service Specialist - Communications - City of Edina

The floating Customer Service Specialist fills in for the City Hall Receptionist on lunch hours and vacations when needed, answering phones, greeting visitors, assisting with retail transactions, responding to email inquiries, entering data and filing. Though the majority of work is done for the Communications Department, the position could also provide administrative assistance to other City departments.  

This is a part-time position that will work a varied schedule on an as needed basis.  Hours will be determined by need and availability, but may only a few hours per month.
