Who are we? An Introduction
In 1998, Chris, Clay, and Libby opened the first JCW's in an old Hardee's building in American Fork. It was a big step for them, but drawing strength from both friends and family, they worked hard and watched their little burger joint grow into five-with 250+ employees. Your day as a Day Cashier
As a Day Cashier at JCW's the Burger Boys, you can expect your days to be filled with exciting interactions with customers, taking and processing orders efficiently, handling transactions accurately, and ensuring the cleanliness of your work station. Schedules available with hours from 7 AM to 5 PM, Monday thru Saturday, giving you the opportunity to start your day bright and early and have your evenings free for other activities. Don't worry if you're new to the role - our energetic team will be there to support you every step of the way and help you learn the ropes in no time.

What matters most
To excel as a Day Cashier at JCW's the Burger Boys, you'll need to have exceptional customer service skills, be a quick learner, and work well under pressure. Additionally, basic math skills are a must to handle transactions accurately. Proficiency in using a POS system or cash register will be required, so being comfortable with technology is a definite plus. In 1998, my brother Clay and I opened the first JCW’s in an old Hardee’s building in American Fork. We had cut our teeth in the restaurant business but opening our own place was still a big step. Fortunately we drew great strength from the love and support of our families. At that time, a good friend and mentor, Jim Tripplet, told us that while JCW’s was a good name it didn’t really describe what we did. Jim tagged us “The Burger Boys” and it has stuck ever since.
Now years later and with the help of great employees and loyal customers, we’ve added our Lehi, Provo and South Jordan stores. The same philosophies we had when we started are still alive and well. We understand that it is an honor to take care of our customers and believe our customers are our friends. We like to think of ourselves as the “Cheers” of burgers, and when you come in and enjoy a great dining experience with top quality food and friendly service, you’ll know what we mean.
