Part-Time Events Associate at Beacon Hill

Our client, a university in Cambridge, is seeking a part-time Events Associate with related experience who will support exciting event coverage at their student center. Responsibilities include client greeting, troubleshooting event issues, liaising with departments, overseeing event closure, and documenting event reports. The role will comprise of a two-day per week, 14 hour/week schedule and can compensate up to $30/hour. The position is slated to run through the end of the year with the possibility to extend.

Responsibilities:
* Greet and assist clients, ensuring smooth event operations
* Serve as main contact for on-site event issues, coordinating resolutions
* Review daily event schedule and ensure post-event documentation

Requirements:
3+ years of event experience, including stage or venue management. Knowledge of audio systems is a plus.
