This is a hands-on role, perfect for someone who enjoys working independently, pays attention to detail, and wants to make a meaningful difference in the lives of seniors.

Key Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms and common areas according to the cleaning schedule.
• Change bedding and linens, ensuring fresh, sanitized spaces.
• Provide deep cleaning services, including vacuuming, dusting, and sanitizing.
• Monitor cleaning supply inventory and notify the team of restocking needs.
• Report maintenance issues promptly to the Executive Director.
• Maintain a positive, friendly attitude when interacting with residents and team members.
• Ensure a safe, sanitary environment to promote the well-being of residents.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of housekeeping experience (experience in hospitality, healthcare, or senior living is a plus).
• Attention to detail and a love for cleanliness.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently.
• Strong customer service skills with a warm, approachable demeanor.
• Flexible and team-oriented attitude—willing to help wherever needed as we grow.
