Midas Hospitality is seeking a Banquet Server to join our team. This position will provide exceptional food service to banquet guests while maintaining a positive and friendly demeanor.

What You Will Be Doing:

• Read BEO (Banquet Event Order) and complete set-up according to BEO
• Set tables with china and silverware. Prepare water glasses, fold linen, set the center pieces, and prepare tables according to guest request
• Use proper in-room clearing and aisle tray break-down buffet or other special food service tables and equipment.
• Greet and serve guests in a cheerful and timely manner
• Clear tables during function (pre-bus)
• Complete assigned sidework.
