Responsibilities
Customer Interaction: Warmly welcome and engage with clients, addressing their needs and concerns efficiently.
Administrative Support: Perform administrative duties, including record-keeping and filing, to support the team's operations.
Policy Assistance: Assist clients with inquiries related to their insurance policies, coverage options, and claims processing.
Communication: Maintain open and positive communication with team members and clients to facilitate smooth operations.
Appointment Scheduling: Coordinate and schedule appointments with clients, ensuring timely follow-up and communication.
Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities to improve service delivery through feedback and innovative ideas.
Requirements
Experience: A minimum of 1-2 years in a customer service role, preferably within the insurance industry.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail are essential.
Organizational Skills: Demonstrated ability to organize, prioritize, and manage time efficiently in a dynamic work environment.
Tech Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
Educational Requirements: A high school diploma or equivalent is required. A South Carolina Property & Casualty insurance license is preferred but not required.
Customer Service Orientation: A positive attitude and a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service.
