Part-Time Janitor Apache Junction - Titian Cleaning LLC.

The part-time custodian performs manual labor associated with the cleaning of the lobby, restrooms, break areas, and entrances. Duties require moderate physical strength and stamina. Work includes dust mopping, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, cleaning restrooms, removing trash, and operating basic mechanical cleaning equipment. The performance of these duties is

Monday - Friday shift (5pm-10pm) hours subject to change. Only at 11518 Apache Trail, Apache Junction, AZ 85120

Regular Responsibilities include but not limited to:

1. Empty trash containers and recycle receptacles (including outside immediate area).

2. Dust mop, sweep, wet mop, floors (pick up spills both liquid and solid waste).

3. Clean restroom fixtures and keep restroom supplied with towels, toilet tissue, soap, and other items.

4. Empty trash in break room area.

5. Clean door glass interior and exterior. 

6. Police areas around outside of building (including tables, benches, trash and ashtrays)

7. Perform related work as required and instructed

Requirements:

Knowledge of cleaning methods, materials, and equipment

Ability to perform manual tasks requiring moderate physical strength

Ability to operate mechanical cleaning equipment

Ability to follow simple oral and written instructions in the performance of the job

Ability to establish and maintain working relations with supervisor and fellow workers

Spearhead specialized projects which may or may not be directly related to cleaning. 

Knowledge in floor care for both carpet and hard floor 

Perform equipment and supply inventory at facility location
