SCOPE OF ROLE

: Lead administration of all leave related claims, timely input of claims for payroll and escalate any concerning claims timely.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

: + Enter intermittent leave in HRIS + Audit for misuse/abuse of intermittent leave + Update Leave Dashboard + Enter intermittent leave on timecards + Update employee performance log + Update employee attendance points + Conduct leave meetings with employees + Troubleshoot leave issues + Follow up on leaves missing information + Update leave tracker for operations team + Create attendance discipline + Create new hire badges + Attend staffing meetings and provide leave update + Other duties as assigned

MEASURES OF PERFORMANCE

: + 100% of leaves are entered timely to be paid within the accurate pay period + Leave tracker is updated each pay period + Leave is entered before the payroll deadline + Partners with the third party leave administer within 3 days of the issue arising.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS OR EQUIVALENCIES

: + 1-3 year of leave administration experience + Bachelors degree preferred

PHYSICAL/MENTAL/ENVIRONMENTAL REQUIREMENTS

: + Lift up to 25 pounds + Ability to sit at a computer up to 5 hours per day + Repetitive tasks

OTHER SKILLS and ABILITIES
