Part-time Maintenance Technician
R-Dent Dental Laboratory, Inc. is hiring a Part-time Maintenance Technician. This Part-time Technician will help perform basic maintenance tasks and maintain the equipment and machinery for dental product manufacturing.
Compensation: $16.00-17.00 per hour
Schedule: every other Friday 4 hours per day (potentially flexible on day of week worked; hours may increase in the future)
Job Description, Responsibilities, and Essential Functions:
•Performs basic maintenance functions to maintain dental lab machinery and equipment (eg changing light bulbs, repairing machinery and handpieces, lube and maintenance for air compressors and dryers, and simple plumbing and electrical).
•Cleans equipment like suctions, filters, and air conditioning filters.
•Uses maintenance software to retrieve maintenance repair requests and log completion of projects.
•Experience in maintenance and repair of CNC milling machines is preferred.
Qualifications:
•Training or experience in machinery/equipment repair and/or general maintenance (eg shop classes).
•Must be able to work on and repair basic equipment and motors.
•Self-motivated individual who can follow written and oral instructions (including a maintenance schedule or instructions) without supervision.
•Ability to work on machinery and complete required tasks in required time frame with a positive attitude.
