Part Time Nanny - Home Work Staffing

Part-Time Nanny in Windham, NH $39,000 - $46,800 per year

Seeking a warm, engaging, and energetic part-time nanny to care for 2 boys aged 2.5 years old and 4 years old, during the week. The family is expecting a a new baby in November 2024. The nanny will be providing attentive care for the baby during the midday hours and managing the older boys after school until dinnertime. Must be pet friendly, there are 2 cats at the home.

• Pay: $25-30 per hour
• Start Date: January 2025 (after the holidays)
• Monday: 11:30-5: Tuesday : 11:30-4:30 : Wednesday: 11:30-5:30
• Thursday  10:30-5:30 : Friday:11:30-5:30
• Guaranteed 30 hours every week
• Benefits: 1 week paid vacation, 2 sick/personal days, major holidays
• Long-term commitment

Responsibilities:

• Baby Care: Assist with the baby’s routine, including bottle washing and maintaining a consistent schedule.
• Child Care: Supervise and engage with the 2.5 and 4 year old boys after school, ensuring their activities are organized and enjoyable.
• Activity Support: Plan and participate in activities such as reading, crafts, games, and outdoor play. Take the children to the park, library, or other local destinations.
• Household Assistance: Help with school lunch preparation, cleaning up toys and activities, and potentially assist with school pick-up or driving to appointments.
• Additional Support: Be available to stay late a couple of nights per month for date nights if desired.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience with young children, including infants, preferred.
• Strong organizational skills, ability to engage children in creative and educational activities, and willingness to drive the children to various locations.
• Energetic, loving, and proactive, with a genuine interest in fostering a positive and stimulating environment for the children.
• Provide 3-5 professional references.
• Valid driver's license and vehicle.
