Core Responsibilities of the Role

• Deliver comprehensive and empathetic post-acute patient care

Essential Qualifications and Skills

• Completion of an NP degree from an accredited nursing programme
• An active Virginia NP license and DEA license in good standing
• Proficiency in using EMR systems for patient management
