We are currently hiring for a Part Time Office Assistant in Carthage, NY.
$17.00-18.00/hour depending on experience
25 hours per week
Schedule will vary
Job Duties and Requirements:
-Answering calls, taking messages, and redirecting calls
-Sorting and distributing incoming mail and preparing outgoing mail
-Maintaining and updating files and records
-Using office equipment like facsimile machines, printers, photocopiers, and computers
-Keep office organized and clean
-Greet everyone who comes into the facility
-QuickBooks experience preferred but not required
-Experience with Excel, Microsoft Suite
