About the Job
Are you looking for a flexible, part-time role where you can help keep things running smoothly? Our client is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented temporary Office Assistant to join our client's team and lend a hand with a variety of tasks around the office and warehouse.
Responsibilities of the Office Assistant will include:
- Label and reorganize stock, cycle counting, assist with inventory, relocate stock locations, discard items in dumpsters, vacuum stock bins, and break down boxes for recycling.
- Filing, tracking inventory for office supplies, organizing kitchen supplies, general office clean-up, and organization post-construction.
- Help process incoming and outgoing shipments.
- Pitch in with other tasks as needed.
Qualifications of the Office Assistant:
- Must be comfortable standing or sitting for periods of time.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Basic math skills are essential.
- Ability to use a computer is required.
Pay for this position is commensurate with experience and education, ranging roughly from $17-$18/hr.
