Part-Time Property Manager - Cambridge Real Estate Services

Compensation:  $19 per hr plus an apartment

Cambridge Real Estate Services is currently seeking a knowledgeable Property Manager to become a part of the organization. This position is part-time working 24 hours per week with Thursday, Saturday, and Sunday off. Onsite living is required.

Summary

In this position, you will oversee the daily activities including leasing, collections, resident relations, maintenance, general office administration, and policy & procedure compliance.

Duties

• Supervise administrative, marketing, and maintenance staff
• Monitor the condition of the property to provide proactive maintenance services
• Supervise and coordinate vendors including landscapers, turnover services, technicians
• Oversee capital projects
• Provide effective resident relations
• Monitor and manage resident payment practices

Qualifications

The requirements listed below are representative but not exclusive of the required knowledge, skill, and/or ability.

• Property Manager experience
• Affordable housing experience preferred
• Yardi experience preferred
• Complete understanding of property management and the financial aspects
• Customer focus and bottom-line orientation
• Must possess a positive attitude and the ability to be positive under all circumstances
• Willing to participate in training
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings and weekends
• Present a neat, clean, professional appearance at all times while on the job
