Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough assessments and diagnoses of mental health conditions through intake, interviews, observations, and tests.

• Develop and implement personalized treatment plans based on clinical expertise and patient input.

• Provide high-quality counseling services to individuals (adults and children), couples, families, and groups.

• Maintain effective communication and collaboration with staff members to ensure comprehensive patient care.

• Ensure strict confidentiality and accurate documentation of treatment and records in compliance with state and federal guidelines.

• Complete necessary external documentation in a timely manner.

• Participate in regular company meetings and ongoing professional development activities.

Qualifications:

• Master’s Degree in Counseling or Social Work.

• Provisional license in good standing for Counseling or Social Work (LAC, LSW) in the State of New Jersey.

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Experience with telehealth services is a plus.
