About the Job
Program Support
Providing program support to streamline systems in Realty program by:
- Meeting with Realty Program Manager on a weekly basis to assist in planning and executing tasks;
- Assisting in marketing new construction sales efforts by supporting the following:
- Answering of phone calls and email inquiries from prospective buyers,
- Tracking and follow up of inbound leads from websites, social media and other sources,
- Coordinating outreach events, open houses, and buyer walkthroughs
- Creating social media campaigns
- Track buyers process from contract to close
- Assisting in completing subordinate loan closeout tasks by supporting the following:
- Review of subordinate loan files for accuracy
- Preparing release of liens for review and signature
- Coordinating delivery/client pick-up of lien releases
- Assisting in the response of payoff requests
Special Assignments/Projects
- Collaborate as needed with team members to assist on realty programs
- Participation, attendance and support of significant events and efforts for Avenue and or Asset Management team
- Special projects as assigned
Administrative Duties
- Timesheet Verification
- Expense Reports
- Calendar Management
- Upload data
- Weekly Team Meeting and Monthly Avenue Meetings
Experience
- At least 1 year of experience working with people of diverse backgrounds and life experiences
- Experience in sales and/or real estate transactions
Spanish proficiency preferred
