Serve as a point of contact for office matters that affect/impact office inhabitants. Manage site-wide events; establish Teams meeting presentations attended by members of the site.
- Point of contact for all facilities matters including AC/Heat, Lighting, Parking passes, etc. and reporting facilities matters to the Building Management group for attention and resolution
- Ensure that office area is safe, accessible, and presentable. Request employees to clean up the conference rooms when they are finished.
- Receive mail delivery and direct deliverables to recipients
- Provide office employees access and temp badges when required and maintain log of assigned temp badges of all that receive them
- Manage general services rendered to the office such as carpet cleaning, AC/Heat repair, service calls for ADTRAN owned equipment in the office (eg. equipment in the cantinas)
- Stock the office with stationary (pens, notepads, printer paper, etc.)
- Manage services provided by vending machine service companies and coffee supply etc. for our cantinas
- Receive office visitors and help with accommodations of ADTRAN visitors (Temp badges, office seating etc.)
- Ensure that the cantinas are clean, and dishwasher is loaded and unloaded. We support the call of those that make a mess to pick up after themselves
- Take initiatives in addressing the duties above
Skills/Qualifications/Training/Experience
- Basic use of Microsoft tools such as Word and Outlook
- Effective verbal and written communicator
- Individual must dress presentable and
- individual must dress in a professional manner
