Client Overview:

Our client is a national leader in healthcare, is looking to hire a Part-Time Receptionist for their local clinic. This company’s mission is to provide personalized patient care while supporting the growth and success of their employees.

Salary/Hourly Rate:

$20/hr

Position Overview:

The Part-Time Receptionist plays a crucial role, serving as the first point of contact for patients and staff. They will ensure a smooth operation at the front desk and manage various administrative tasks. The schedule is as follows: Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and mandatory Saturdays 8:30 am – 3:00 pm.

Responsibilities of the Part-Time Receptionist:

• Greet patients and ensure they are checked in properly.
• Work with patients directly to collect and verify insurance documentation.
• Make outbound phone calls to schedule upcoming appointments.
• Maintain office inventory levels.
• Report directly to the Provider onsite and ensure that all patients have a seamless experience.

Qualifications for the Part-Time Receptionist:

• Multitasker and must be able to work well under high pressure.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting is highly desired.
• Excellent communication skills – both verbal and written.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor is a must!
• Available to work Monday – Friday from 8:30 am – 5:00 pm and mandatory Saturdays 8:30 am – 3:00 pm.

Education Requirements:

• High school diploma is required.
• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
