Part-Time Sales Associate at Manpower

Our client, a leading electronics retailer, is seeking a Sales Specialist to join their team. As a Sales Specialist, you will be part of the Sales Performance Operations team supporting the retail specialist. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in retail or customer service, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for home appliances and a keen eye for detail.

Job Title: Part-Time Sales Associate

Location: Ontario Mills Mall

Pay Range: $41,600 - $45,760 per year

• Achieve individual sales targets and contribute to store goals.
• Upsell and cross-sell products to maximize sales opportunities.
• Stay informed about new products, promotions, and sales events.
• Use effective sales techniques to drive revenue and customer loyalty.
• Maintain a deep understanding of the store’s product offerings.

What's Needed?

• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Previous experience in sales, particularly in appliance, jewelry, or technical sales, is advantageous
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers and team members
• Multilingual abilities are a plus
• Proficiency in conducting product demos
