POSITION FUNCTION/OVERVIEW:
This position is a part-time position responsible for assisting customers and merchandising store in accordance with quality guidelines
PRIMARY DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Supports and maintains a culture of customer service excellence
- Greets customers at back donation receiving door
- Follows guidelines for the intake, pricing and sorting of all items
- Follows guidelines for display of merchandise in an attractive and organized manner
- Operates cash register and assists customers with purchases
- Performs other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:
- Minimum of 18 years old, High School Diploma or GED equivalent preferred, 2 – 3 years retail sales experience highly preferred.
SKILLS:
- Good communication skills
- Ability to do simple mathematical calculations
- Analyze complex information
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to operate a cash register and calculator
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs.
- Must be able to stand for long periods of time
