We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Product Sample Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams by preparing and distributing product samples to customers and brokers. We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Part-Time Product Sample Coordinator to join our dynamic team. This role is essential in supporting our Sales, Marketing, and R&D teams by preparing and distributing product samples to customers and brokers. If you have excellent communication and time management skills, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:
- Organize, review, and select finished goods samples for distribution to customers and brokers.
- Ensure proper packaging of products to maintain integrity during transit.
- Manage sample orders and ensure timely delivery, addressing any delays as needed.
- Coordinate with Operations and Production regarding sample orders.
- Communicate delivery timelines effectively to Sales, customers, and brokers.
- Prepare and distribute samples for guests and staff.
- Oversee shipping operations to ensure cost-effectiveness.
- Provide FDA and Customs support for international shipments by coordinating necessary documentation.
- Maintain inventory of materials needed for sample shipments and the lab.
- Assist with light cleaning tasks in the lab as needed.
- Maintain and organize sample stock.

The ideal person should have food background, attention to detail, must speak and write English fluently, have some experience picking and shipping items, Work hours are Mon-Wed (some flexibility depending on projects) 8-5. The dept leader wants to interview each person.
Qualifications:
- Experience in preparing shipment documentation for product deliveries.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Email).
- Strong ability to work collaboratively across all levels of the organization.
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
- Ability to thrive under pressure with a strong sense of urgency.
- Attention to detail with the capability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Comfortable performing tasks in a freezer environment.
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.
