A DAY IN THE LIFE OF SPA CONCIERGE

As a Part Time Spa Concierge, you will be working in our 3 story Lifestyle Center in a 8,000 square foot state of the art Spa and Salon. You will be spending time as a spa concierge where you will deliver prompt and courteous service ensuring spa guests needs are exceeded. You will book spa and salon appointments, promote services, process payments, answer phone calls, retail sales, assist with inventory controls, provide tours of the spa when needed and offer assistance throughout the spa. You will also be spending time as a spa locker room attendant which consists of receiving guests and directing them to appointments, maintain locker rooms and relaxation lounge. You will be responsible for facilitating laundry of all spa and salon linens to include robes, sheets and towels.

QUALIFICATIONS FOR SPA CONCIERGE

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Accuracy with accounting procedures
• Positive and friendly personality
• Ability to stand, walk and stoop for extended periods of time
• Lift and carry up to 20 lbs.
• Ability to pass a drug test
• Flexible with hours
