We are looking for an energetic, self-starting, organized, detail-oriented candidate with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment to join our team.

Requires experience in the use of SAGE 50 Accounting System.

• Requires Experience in SAGE 50, Microsoft Excel and Word and Intuit Turbo Tax
• Commercial Building Management Accounting System
• Prepare Monthly Accounting Records statements
• Prepare General Ledger, Accounts Payables, Account Receivables and all Modules of the Accounting System, on Sage System
• Requires 5-8 Years of experience
• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting

Responsibilities:

1. Contracted monthly/quarterly payments for Utilities and additional maintenance requirements
2. Backup for regular monthly and quarterly AP entries, Check-printing, and postings
3. Compares subcontractor invoice with prior written approvals
4. Verifies pricing on subcontractors’ invoices with a pricing worksheet

• Minimum Requirement: Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple leases and requirements thereof
• Understanding Terms Sheet for Building Standard Accounting and Control Lease Requirements.  
• Written and verbal communication skills.
• Attention to detail, organizational skills
• Problem-solving skills, analytical skills and ability to think creatively.
• Ability to work in a team environment.

Ability to create Sage Custom reports
