(Part Time) Warehouse Unloader/Loader at UniFirst

UniFirst is seeking a reliable and dedicated (Part Time) Warehouse Loader/Unloader to join our UniFirst community. As a Team Partner in the Branch Warehouse, you will be responsible for supporting the timely flow of incoming and outgoing clean and soiled garments and products. At UniFirst we offer a part time schedule from Monday - Friday, enjoy weekends off!! We have an immediate opening and provide on the job training.

Our Team Partners receive ongoing cross-training, exposing them to different areas of production. Cross training enhances their performance and assists them with their career potential and advancement.

We offer a part time schedule! Work up to 29 hours a week, Monday - Friday!

• Unload clean products from transport shuttles
• Stage clean garments by route and day to ensure accurate delivery
• Remove soiled and clean return products from route trucks
• Sort soiled products by class and material
• Load soiled products onto transport shuttle for return to plant
• Load garments and additional facility service products onto trucks in preparation for route deliveries
• Monitor facility service inventory levels and notify management of shortages
• Perform light janitorial duties including sweeping, emptying trash, picking up litter, and cleaning the warehouse
• Follow all safety policies, HACCP and medical guidelines.
• Perform other duties as described by area supervisor or management

• High school education and/or GED equivalent preferred
• Must be at least 16 years of age or older

• Must be at least 18 years of age or older to operate machinery

• Ability to stand for several hours during shift
• Ability to read, write, and communicate clearly with management
• Ability to perform basic mathematical operations using American standard units in weight measurement, volume, and distance
• Ability to lift and carry up 75 lbs.
