Document Crunch is seeking a Partner Account Manager to join our amazing, tight-knit team. This is a key role responsible for the growth of the rapidly expanding Document Crunch partnership organization by managing and growing existing relationships with key partner accounts and actively recruiting new partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:
- Become the point person for communication with existing partnerships.
- Strategically plan and execute relationship management tactics that yield equitable outcomes and produce new business opportunities for Document Crunch.
- Identify, recruit and activate new partner relationships.
- Create creative and mutually beneficial go-to-market and engagement strategies for partnerships.
- Hit projected goals and quotas of partner activity and new business opportunities referred.
- Coordinate efforts with business development reps and account executives to help accelerate deal selling and adoption through partner influence.
- Represent Document Crunch at incredible industry events!
Requirements
Skills and Qualifications:
- Demonstrable history of managing partner relationships, preferably in a B2B SaaS space.
- Background in sales and/or business development, either in partner relationships or B2B SaaS sales.
- Exceedingly strong communication skills.
- Ability to create out-of-the-box go-to-market solutions to work equitabilty with partners.
- Experience in re-engaging partners/customers/accounts that have slowed or stopped communication.
- Aptitude towards technical understanding of SaaS products.
- Fundamental understanding of SaaS marketing and sales organization functions, and how partner organiztions fit in.
- History in working with industry associations as corporate members/partners.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Familiarity with the world of construction.
- Construction technology experience
- Experience with Salesforce preferred.
- Experience with Crossbeam helpful.
- We are currently hiring in Atlanta, GA or Austin, TX. While we are a remote first workplace, we want Crunchers in one of these locations to better facilitate periodic in-person meetings, get-togethers and training.
