Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide strategic leadership and direction to ensure alignment with the firm’s objectives and market opportunities.
- Develop and implement innovative business strategies to drive growth and increase market share.
- Build, develop, and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and service excellence.
- Partner with other firm leaders to harmonize goals across different practice areas and improve operational efficiency.
- Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities in line with the firm’s strategic priorities.
- Lead and inspire a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and achievement-oriented environment.
- Ensure robust financial management and revenue generation within the practice group.
Minimum Position Qualifications:
- Significant experience in a senior leadership role within a law firm or similar professional services environment.
- Excellent strategic thinking, planning, and execution capabilities.
- Demonstrated financial acumen with strong business development skills.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a talent for nurturing client relationships and team collaboration.
- Demonstrated ability to lead, motivate, and inspire a high-performing team.
- A portable book of business amounting to $1 million or more.
