Duties:
- Partnership demand lead for the Events team, focused on management and execution of the global events partnership playbook
- Identify opportunities for establishing event partnerships and business development activities that support our business goals.
- Manage relationships and activation for Events partnerships in alignment with global brand and partnership guidelines.
- Build an events-specific demand playbook encompassing all central levers and assets that can be localized by global teams.
- Lead the events booking integration workstream and playbook including centralized guidance on distribution, placement and affiliate model in partnership with the marketing and product organization
- Lead the curation of event specific landing pages, or other demand levers, (for both stays and experiences) as identified by the business
- Partnering with relevant functions, including biz ops, marketing, SEO/SEM, DS, product and comms on delivery and coordination
- Ideate the process to localize event partnership levers and coordinate with relevant local stakeholders
- Identify local opportunities and lead the approval of local requests based on KPIs (data-driven approach)
- Build and maintain strong cross-functional relationships, regionally and globally
- Build a capability for continuous measurement, reporting and optimization of local Events demand initiatives partnering with DS and marketing

- Deep subject matter expertise in partnership marketing (+10 years of experience in marketing)
- Creative, strategic and analytical thinker
- Evaluates the financial and strategic benefits of potential partnerships.
- Build and maintain relationships with potential partners and collaboration opportunities.
- Experience managing agencies and working with multinational teams internally
