We are representing a prestigious law firm seeking a Partner or Originator with 10+ years of experience and a portable book of business. This is a fantastic opportunity for driven attorneys who are ready to transition into a leadership role and build strong client relationships in a dynamic and collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cultivate and maintain lasting client relationships to ensure high levels of satisfaction and client retention.
• Lead business development efforts to grow the firm's portfolio and achieve strategic growth objectives.
• Collaborate with other partners and senior management to align business goals and firm strategies.
• Provide leadership and mentorship to junior attorneys, contributing to the firm’s overall success.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities while managing existing client portfolios.

Qualifications:

• JD from a strong law program with excellent academic performance.
• Active Georgia Bar license in good standing.
• 10+ years experience as a senior attorney with a portable book of business.
• Excellent strategic thinking, business development, and client relationship skills.
• Strong leadership capabilities and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.
• A demonstrated ability to lead and inspire others while driving results.
