About the Job
The Partnerships Coordinator supports the execution of strategic initiatives and provides partnership account coordination support for the Strategic Partnerships team. Reporting to the Director for Strategic Partnerships, this position works closely with the Strategic Partnerships team, current and prospective Trusted Partners, members of the Enrollment Management team, and other key internal stakeholders. The Partnerships Coordinator serves internal and external teams by coordinating resources, programming, events, projects, meetings, and information with a partner experience consistent with the values and mission of the university.
Salary range: $19.23/hr - $23.07/hr
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Programming, Events, and Communication (35%)
- Provide outstanding customer service and communications with internal and external partners by phone, email, and face-to-face to ensure all needs are met with a consistent partner experience.
- Request and manage the need for admissions personnel and tabling materials for conferences, industry events, Trusted Partner events, and activities.
- Collaborate and monitor internal departments to ensure all partner requests are fulfilled on time.
- Assist with agreement (MOU) completion and facilitate/manage the workflow of partner onboarding through the Trusted Partner process.
- Schedule and/or coordinate communication and logistics regarding prospective Trusted Partner acquisition efforts, meetings, and events.
Partnership Program Coordination (35%)
- Gather and manage partner contact data, identify trends, and provide solutions to maintain and improve partnership activities and partner experience.
- Track partner data and partner “student data” in Salesforce and/or CRM.
- Continuously manage updating partnership collateral and resources.
- Manage the unit’s CRM and Project Management software.
- Organize, attend, and participate in stakeholder meetings as appropriate.
- Coordinate and execute a consistent partner communication and event cadence schedule.
- Document and follow up on necessary actions and decisions from meetings.
- Ensure projects adhere to established frameworks, document storage/retrieval, and reporting requirements.
- Apprise stakeholders as needed to promote engagement and agreement on project progress.
Reporting (10%)
- Create reports, presentations, emails, deliverables for partner meetings and communication efforts.
- Coordinate and track a reporting method outlining Trusted Partnership agreements, partner activities, and conversion rate of each Trusted Partner from agreement to actual number of student inquiries and enrollments.
- Coordinate and track a reporting method for managing marketing event efforts and conversion rate performance metrics for student inquiries and enrollments.
Research (10%)
- Conduct school district, business, Association, and community research to better understand new partner opportunities and partner workforce development needs.
- Research best practices, models, and collect/analyze data to improve the way we serve our Trusted Partners.
Administration (5%)
- Supporting administration needs such as expense reports, meeting schedules, contract execution, event planning and workflow management.
- Prepare necessary itineraries, agendas, and presentation materials for meetings, partnership outreach activities, and events.
Performs other duties as assigned (5%)
Qualifications:
ESSENTIAL SKILLS AND FUNCTIONS
- Process-oriented account management and project management skills.
- Coordinate the design of marketing materials in collaboration with our Marketing and Communication team.
- High level of judgment, diplomacy, discretion, and professionalism
- Exceptional written, presentation, and verbal communication skills for various audiences.
- Clear, concise, informative writing and speaking skills.
- Comprehensive organizational skills and attention to project details, illustrations, and updates.
- Strong technical competency and working knowledge of Google Suite and Microsoft Office. Salesforce experience a plus.
- Develops and maintains good working relationships and communications at all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable working autonomously. Self-motivated with the ability to work effectively alone and within a team environment.
