Job Purpose
Duties & Responsibilities
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to inform long-term rental partner marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for collaboration.
- Conduct partner level research to understand their business goals and align marketing strategies accordingly.
- Maintain consistent communication and timely completion of deliverables with long-term rental partner stakeholders.
- Serve as a point of contact for partners, facilitating communication and addressing any issues that arise during campaign execution.
- Assist in the planning, development, and execution of co-marketing campaigns and sponsorships with strategic long-term rental partners, to include: events, webinars, content, digital campaigns, etc.
- Responsible for creative briefing of joint campaign creative assets.
- Own project management of partner and sponsorship campaigns, utilizing project management software for task assignment, content calendar, cross-functional collaboration, etc.
- Coordinate with internal teams (marketing, sales, creative services) and external partner contacts to ensure the successful launch and execution of campaigns across multiple channels.
- Collaborate with creative services to support in developing visually appealing, targeted content that resonates for joint campaigns.
- Coordinate with website administration to execute on-site campaign-specific landing page content, calls-to-action and creative assets for increased on-site conversion.
- Monitor and report on joint marketing key performance indicators (KPIs), providing actionable insights and recommendations to improve campaign performance and overall growth strategy.
- Ensure all co-branded materials adhere to both companies" brand guidelines and messaging.
- Conduct A/B tests and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve campaign effectiveness.
- Manage administrative tasks related to partner marketing initiatives, including budget tracking, invoice processing, and creative asset management.
- Participate and notetake in regular meetings and updates with partners and internal stakeholders
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all partner marketing activities and performance metrics.
- Manage all campaign expenses ensuring budget adherence and ROAS maximization.
- Support the preparation of presentations, proposals, and reports related to partnerships and sponsorships.
- Support overflow administrative tasks as needed, to include: expenses, Slack, social scheduling, etc.
- Other duties as assigned by manager or designee.
Qualifications & Skills Required
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in marketing, preferably in a partnerships, business development or sponsorships
- 1+ years experience with Tableau or comparable data visualization tool
- 1+ years experience with Clickup or comparable project management software
- 1+ years experience with HubSpot or comparable CRM software
- Embody an analytical, results-driven marketer
- Ability to establish KPI targets, execute, analyze & optimize campaigns for continuous improvement
- Ability to work with a cross functional teams and external partners to achieve target KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, self-starter environment
- Excellent critical-thinking and problem-solving skills – able to identify and propose solutions to technical and business issues
- A meticulous sense of accuracy, organization, & attention to detail
- Ability to learn from & incorporate constructive feedback
