Job Title: Parts Administrator

Location: Onsite at 24050 Northwestern Hwy, Southfield, MI 48075
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM with some overtime every 6 months for inventory. 

Overview:
Applied Innovation is looking for a motivated and detail-oriented individual to join our Southfield parts department as a Parts Administrator. This entry-level position is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced detail-oriented environment and is eager to contribute to our team's success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Efficiently receive and ship parts to ensure timely delivery and service.
• Process core returns for various manufacturers, maintaining compliance with company standards.
• Support Parts Department personnel by managing parts inventory, including restocking Service Technicians’ fleet vehicles.
• Create and manage purchase orders, gathering necessary information on parts required for Service Technicians and clients.
• Accurately receive orders in our software system, ensuring precise inventory tracking and processing warranty claims.
• Proactively resolve concerns related to parts availability to maintain workflow.
• Order and maintain supplies for technicians and the warehouse to optimize operations.
• Respond to incoming calls and emails with professionalism, addressing customer inquiries and concerns promptly.
• Perform additional duties as assigned to support the department’s objectives.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in Microsoft Office tools, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
• Dependable and professional with strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Education and Experience:

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
