• Coordinate with technicians and service advisors to ensure the timely availability of parts for repairs.
• Handle multiple tasks eFiciently, maintaining organization and prioritization.

Qualifications:

• Strong customer service skills and a friendly, professional demeanor.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
• Typing speed of at least 50 words per minute.
• Basic math skills to handle pricing and inventory counts.
• Familiarity with basic computer functions and software.
• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
