DARCARS Automotive Group is now hiring for an Parts Counter Sales Specialist!
We are a dual brand dealership seeking a self-motivated individual to accel in a fast pace automotive environment.
As the Parts Counter Sales Specialist you are responsible to act as the principle person in charge of the receipt of the inventory as it is received.
In this role, you'll:
- Check in and stock all orders upon receipt
- Moving inventory as needed
- Ordering Parts
- Fulfilling Customer Orders
- Assisting wholesale and retail customers as well as Dealership technicians
- Maintain a special order file and ensures that all customers are notified of the receipt of their parts
- Follow federal, state and local law as well as company policy about safeguarding all information
- Maintain customer satisfaction at or above company standards
- Operate office equipment and computer systems as needed
Qualifications & Requirements:
- High School degree or equivalent
- Reynolds Ignite, VIDA, Etka and X-Time experience preferred or similar DMS/CRM skill
- Maintain superior customer service external as well as internal
- Must work on Saturday rotation schedule
- Comply with uniform requirements
- Superb Phone Etiquette Required
- Knowledgeable about automotive OEM parts
- Experience with Reynolds & Reynolds a plus
- Must be able to lift up to and over 50 pounds
- Availability to work on Saturdays
- Must have a valid Driver’s License
