Volkswagen of Park Cities is seeking a Parts Counter Consultant to assist with the safe receipt, storage, and dispatch of warehouse goods in the Parts Department. This individual must be precise, prioritizing, and team-oriented while having the capability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Job functions include but not limited to:

• Assists all body shop customers and vendors in selecting parts for their automotive needs. The Parts Counter Consultant informs customers of the requirements for companion parts and ensures that the full product line is available.
• Answers calls requesting price quotes and other pertinent information. The Parts Counter Consultant complies with the back-ordered components.
• Reviews order to ensure the correct parts are delivered and pricing is consistent with the estimated cost. The Parts Counter Consultant ensures that all parts are tagged with customer names and job number.
• Provides parts orders from numerous departments and confirms the accuracy of the order against the invoice. The Parts Counter Consultant provides excellent service to internal and external customers.
• Recognizes the flow of incoming and outgoing materials to meet productivity objectives and ensures the continuous flow of materials in the supply chain.

Employee Prerequisites:

• Onboarding process completed within days of applying!
• Stands, walks, or sits for a long period without resting. (Up to 5 hours) Must have the capability to leave up to 100 pounds.

• Ability to work independently and as a part of a team.
• Basic math strategies include adding, subtracting, multiplying, and dividing in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.
• Three years of experience is REQUIRED. Pay based on experience.
