Vaco is looking for a contract to hire Parts Customer Service Representative in Columbus, OH!
Parts Customer Service Representative
Job Type: Contract to Hire (3-4 months to start)
Location: Fully onsite at Manor Park Dr Columbus Ohio 43228
Pay: $19/hour
Schedule: Monday to Friday from 8:30AM to 5PM
Start Date: TBD
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Provide excellent customer service via phone and online correspondence
Answer customer inquiries on repairs and unit services
Identify parts via part breakdown or customer descriptions
Learn and address customer issues with small engines and generators
Process Warranty claims and customer orders
Document customer issues and follow up with customers as needed.
REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
High School diploma or equivalent
1-2 years of call center or inbound call experience

the individual’s skill sets, experience and training;
licensure and certification requirements;
office location and other geographic considerations;

With that said, as required by local law, Vaco believes that the following salary range referenced above reasonably estimates the base compensation for an individual hired into this position in geographies that require salary range disclosure
The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses.
