KEY DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Work within the laws of different states; knowledge of their driving laws and regulations.
2. Deliver Parts up to 300 miles from our service center.
3. Work and adhere to all safety policies within the work area and throughout the company.
4. Understand and comprehend measurements and could apply them based on instruction.
5. Read and interpret written orders and apply them to the task at hand.
6. Actively participate in and support PPS, 5S, and TPM.
7. Flex within functional areas as needed.
8. Work required schedule including overtime.
9. Assist with on-the-job training of team members.
10. Work with little or no supervision.
11. Record written information or product and any movement.
12. Other duties as assigned,
EXPERTISE REQUIRED:
1. High School Diploma or equivalent GED preferred.
2. Current and valid state-issued driver's license, CDL License preferred but not required.
3. Must maintain a clear/clean Motor Vehicle Record per company policy.
4. Ability to complete and pass Morgan's Driver's background checks.
5. Maintain Morgan Corporation equipment and keep a record of needed items to be replaced.
6. Must be available to work overtime, including Saturdays, if required by the production schedule.
7. Must have the flexibility to work rotating shifts as necessary.
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
While performing the duties of this position, the team member is regularly required to use hands to finger, handle, or feel, and reach with hands and arms. The team members are frequently required to stand and walk. The team member is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; stoop, kneel, or crouch; and talk or hear. The team member may occasionally lift and/or move up to 35 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, distance vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
