Parts & Diesel Maintenance Supervisor - CR&R

BASIC JOB DUTIES: Handle daily Operations of the CNG / Diesel Maintenance Department, assign jobs to the shop personal, assure jobs are completed and documented, and on a timely manner.  Complete daily documentation, processing work orders, ordering parts, and completing inventory control. 

SKILLS REQUIRED (MINIMUM):   Detailed knowledge of Commercial Class A & B Trucks along with CNG & Diesel systems, brake systems (air & hydraulic), hydraulic ram systems, DOT inspections, electrical systems as well as general knowledge on any heavy equipment repairs. Have some basic computer experience with some knowledge of Excel & Word.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE / SKILLS:  Previous experience in the refuse industry. Computer skills and knowledge of Office Suite including Word & Excel. at least some knowledge of truck parts, inventory & stock room. Bilingual English / Spanish is a plus. Ability to lift 50lbs.
