I. General Job Description:
This position will be responsible for resale from one location to another. This position provides the highest possible level of customer service and is expected to conduct business in a professional manner, including courteous on-time delivery and projecting a professional company image.

Responsibilities:
- Adhere to safe vehicle operating procedures and legal requirements.
- Pull ordered parts for assigned accounts and delivers on time.
- Pick up return parts and processes return documents.
- Provide assistance to the Inside and Outside Parts Sales staff and management.
- Know assigned customer accounts by learning names, understanding parts delivery expectations, and reporting to Inside and Outside Sales staff about customer purchasing practices.
- Represent the Company in a professional and courteous manner when interacting with customers.
II. Minimum Job Qualifications:
- At least 18 years of age.
- High school graduate, GED, or 1 year of work experience.
- Valid driver’s license in the state of employment and qualified MVR abstract.
III. Desired Job Qualifications:
- 1-year direct customer facing sales experience.
- Heavy-duty truck aptitude.
- Ability to work independently without direct on-site supervision.
- Basic knowledge off Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Strong organization, communication, and phone skills.
IV. Mental Capability Requirements:
- Comprehension: Ability to understand, remember, and apply oral/written instructions and information.
- Organization: Ability to organize thoughts and ideas into understandable terminology.
- Reasoning & Decision Making: Ability to apply common sense in performing job.
- Communication: Ability to understand follow basic instructions and guidelines.
- Mathematics: No mathematical ability is required.

The employee must regularly lift and/or move up to 25 pounds, frequently lift and/or move up to 50 pounds, and occasionally lift and/or move up to 100 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include color vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts and risk of electrical shock. The employee is frequently exposed to wet and/or humid conditions, extreme heat, and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to high, precarious places, fumes or airborne particles, toxic or caustic chemicals, and outside weather conditions. The noise level is normally loud.
