YOUR DAY-TO-DAY
As a Parts Inventory Analyst, you facilitate flawless order processes by offering precise and timely support for parts inquiries from customers and team members. You generate detailed quotes and manage order requests specific to various types of equipment. You address and resolve parts discrepancies involving purchases, shipments, and deliveries with accuracy. Maintaining meticulous records and performing thorough data entry across diverse platforms are critical aspects of your job.
You also field inbound calls, addressing inquiries related to industrial equipment parts. Your tools include web-based applications, Adobe programs, hard copy manuals, and microfiche, all of which aid in your detailed research, ultimately boosting operational efficiency and customer satisfaction.
Here's what you need to become our Parts Inventory Analyst:
- Excellent customer service and multi-tasking skills
- High attention to detail, including precise data entry
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work with a high sense of urgency in a dynamic, fast-paced environment
Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint) is preferred but not required.
