WHAT YOU'LL DO
As a member of Epic Flight Support, The Parts & Materials Clerk will maintain inventory levels and availability of parts and materials for job completion. Will also monitor work-station inventory and ensure parts are delivered to the correct work centers on time and with correct system documentation. Other duties may include:
- Organize aircraft parts and inventory for the Service Center using a computer database
- Pull orders, check in materials, and issue parts to the floor
- Shipping and receiving duties
- Deliver supplies to work or storage areas
- Stock shelves and rotate inventory
- Perform accurate inventory counts and use Excel to generate inventory reports
- Verify receipt of items by comparing items received to items ordered
- Resolve shipment errors with suppliers
WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TEAM (Requirements)
- Purchasing or shipping & receiving experience is helpful
- High school diploma or GED
- Able to work as part of a team with a great attitude
- High standards for following instructions, detailed work, and work quality
- Able to stand for extended periods and move about the facility as needed
- Able to work with minimal supervision
- Self-motivated, self-disciplined, and organized
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
- Good communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- Must be authorized to work in the U.S. for any employer without sponsorship now or in the future
