As a Parts Sales Representative, you will be responsible for processing customer requests for parts. You will provide exceptional customer service, build strong relationships, and ensure customer satisfaction. Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for processing customer requests for parts.
- Entering sales orders and credit card processing.
- Supporting web-based applications.
- Issuing and processing return authorizations.
- Resolving customer complaints.
- Following and expediting parts as required to meet customer needs.
Job Requirements:
- Strong customer service ability.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Self-motivated and target driven.
- Ability to read technical drawings.
- Computer literate with basic Word and Excel skill set.
