Job Summary:
The Parts and Service Support Representative (PSSR) is responsible for driving parts sales growth and providing
exceptional customer support within the Inland Empire territory. Typical activities will include generating sales with
existing customers, prospecting new customers, developing strong internal/external customer relationships, presenting
estimates, providing product demonstrations and acting as a solutions-provider to customers.

Key Responsibilities:
- Fulfill customer needs by listening to their concerns, presenting available service or products, and developing a joint service solution to best serve the customer
- Make daily sales calls to customers’ job site/ field to inspect machines/ fleets and leverage parts sales opportunities by offering reliable solutions to customers’ requirement
- Collaborate with multiple Haaker departments (i.e. Sales, Parts, Service, Rental, and Finance) to ensure effective and seamless customer support within the territory for overall Haaker solutions
- Promote and sell represented product lines throughout the territory
- Analyze current sales, determine additional areas for potential sales, develop strategies to acquire those sales
- Acquire and update customer information to ensure up to date customer database
- Remain knowledgeable of company’s products, market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies
- Complete additional tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software
- Ability to drive, sit and/or stand for long periods of time
- Occasionally moves objects up to 50 pounds
Preferred Skills/Abilities:
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred but not required.
- Automotive, Capital Equipment, or Wastewater industry experience
- Commercial Driver’s License Class A or B
Qualifications
- Education: completed Associates Degree or higher; completed Tech Trade School also accepted
- At least two years sales, service, or project management experience required
- Must have and maintain a clean driving record. At minimum Class B License earned within 12 months
