HOURS: 3:30 pm – 12:00 am
JOB SUMMARY:
The parts person will be responsible for excellent customer service, as extending optimal customer care and concern is a priority
This position will be required to complete tasks at the parts counter such as receiving parts calls, greeting, assisting walk-in customers, completing all paperwork, processing it accordingly, and handling cash, checks, and credit card transactions
They will be expected to perform all related warehouse duties, including accurate counting, receiving, and shipping of parts, receiving stock, accounting for warranty items, housekeeping, and building hose
This person is expected to perform all necessary tasks surrounding contamination control and have a strong focus on safety
Driving is required for this position
JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
A High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Two or more years of warehouse and inventory experience is required
Some of this experience should be in a mechanical parts environment, preferably with knowledge and experience with CAT heavy equipment and diesel engine parts
Must have proficiency using MS Office and familiarity and experience within a database environment.
A clean driving record is required
COMPETENCIES:
This individual must be highly motivated
Must have excellent communication skills and possess good computer skills
Needs to be customer-oriented
Able and willing to function in a team environment.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS:
The functions of the position require lifting, carrying, and pulling up to 50 pounds
Standing and sitting up, moving up and down stairs, and climbing into machines with be required
Functions of the position require normal dexterity and repetitive and frequent movements that require hands, wrists, and fingers
The noise level in the work environment is usually quiet in office settings and moderate to loud in other situations, with both constant and sudden loud noises possible
