Parts Specialist - Hull Lift Truck, Inc.

Hull Lift Truckis currently seeking aParts Specialistat our Fort Wayne, INfacility. This role will be responsible for fulfilling customer parts needs in the most efficient and accurate manner.

This is a Monday through Friday schedule with no evenings or weekends.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Fulfill customer parts needs in the most efficient and accurate manner
• Record information carefully and identify needed parts using the most efficient method
• Shipping and receiving duties including packaging and loading orders for delivery; ensuring quantity and quality of incoming orders are correct; verifying stock and identifying losses
• Maintain organization and accuracy of inventory within the parts storage areas

Qualifications:

• Superior customer service and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues
• Basic computer skills
• Prior parts experience or mechanical aptitude
• Reliable with strong work ethic
• Strong attention to detail
• Flexibility to adapt to new challenges in a fast-paced environment
• Motivation to participate in continuous improvement with the department
